The DIY’s fair “Salon Créations & savoir-faire 2013″

blogDSCF3101On Saturday I went for the first time to the “Créations & savoir-faire” fair thanks to the adorable Fraise & Basilic who offered me an invitation. What a discovery !

I didn’t know what to expect because I didn’t know this fair at all, even though it was obviously quite famous (there were a lot of people). I was amazed by so much talent, creativity and generosity ! I was like a little girl looking at christmas windows : I was so enthusiastic in front of each and every stand.

Despite the euphoria of the moment, I was also a bit depressed to see what people can do with almost nothing. I’ve always been jealous of all of you who can do all of these DIY so easily when I’m incapable of doing anything even when it’s supposed to be easy (it’s even more humiliating for me). I’m not saying that so that you to tell me “But you are creative, you take nice pictures !” (concerned people will recognize themselves hihi), but I really have the impression that I cannot do anything and that I have 2 left feet (and in the family we are all the same). Seriously, I envy and admire so much manual and creative people.

Anywho, this fair made me want to stop feeling sorry for myself, to roll up my sleeves and try new stuff soooo… i bought a few little things for some DIY projects. We will talk about it again later depending on the result (no need to show if I failed). In any case, I’d love to add a “DIY” category to this blog.

Enough talking about me, let me show you some pictures. I took so many pictures this day but don’t be scared, I will spare you the hundred I took. :)
